Get the packages found in an ORT run

/api/v1/runs/:runId/packages

Supported sort fields are 'identifier', 'purl', 'processedDeclaredLicense', and 'publishedAt'. By default, packages are sorted by purl in ascending order. When sorting by 'publishedAt', packages with an unknown publication date come last in both directions. A package's 'publishedAt' is the date from its applied curation with the highest priority that has one, or else the package's own date. Publication dates are provided by package curation providers such as 'ClearlyDefined' or 'OpenSourceInsights', which must be enabled in the analyzer job configuration of the run. Dates are not known for every package.
